Nóri tekinn í notkun hjá Fljótsdalshéraði

Fljótsdalshérað hefur tekið í notkun skráningarkerfið Nóra og verður það notað til að halda utan um úthlutun tómstundaframlags sveitarfélagsins og verður það aðgengilegt á íbúagátt sveitarfélagsins. Þegar börn og ungmenni eru skráð í námskeið á vegum íþrótta- og tómstundafélaga innan sveitarfélagsins, í gegnum Nóra kerfið, er valið hvort nýta á tómstundaframlag sveitarfélagsins til lækkunar námskeiðisgjalda. Íþróttafélagið Höttur hefur nýtt sér Nóra kerfið í mörg ár og eru nú kerfin tvö tengd saman. 

Flestar deildir Íþróttafélagsins Hattar hafa þegar tengt tómstundaframlagið við sína skráningu í Nóra og munu þær halda áfram að bætast við eftir því sem líður á árið.

Með því að nýta Nóra með þessum hætti er umstang foreldra minnkað til muna og tómstundaframlagið nýtist um leið og börn eru skráð í námskeið en ekki nokkrum vikum eða mánuðum seinna.

Fyrir þá foreldra sem hafa nú áður skráð sín börn í gegnum Nóra kerfi Hattar hefur skráning í raun ekkert breyst, að öðru leyti en því að hægt er að nýta tómstundaframlagið þar í gegn. Þeir foreldrar sem ekki hafa notað Nóra áður fá nánari upplýsingar um skráningu og slíkt hjá þeim íþróttafélögum sem þeir eru í samskiptum við.

Er tómstundaframlagið fyrir árið 2020 30.000 krónur á hvert barn 4-18 ára og gildir það til ársloka. Það er því engin ástæða til að örvænta þó svo að einhver börn séu nú þegar skráð í tómstundir þar sem tómstundaframlagið nýtist þá bara í næsta skipti sem þau börn eru skráð.

Nóri registration system used at Fljótsdalshérað

Fljótsdalshérað has started using the Nóri registration system and it will be used to manage the contribution to children‘s leisure activities in the municipality.
When children and young people are enrolled in courses with sports and leisure associations within the municipality, through the Nóra system, parents can now decide whether to utilize the municipality's leisure contribution to reduce course fees. The sports system Höttur has been using the Nóra system for many years and now the two systems are linked together.

Most Höttur’s departments have already linked the leisure contribution to their registration in Nora and they will continue to add as the year progresses.
By utilizing Nóri in this way the leisure contribution is utilized as soon as children are enrolled in courses but not a few weeks or even months later.
For those parents who have previously enrolled their children through the Nóri system, registration has not really changed, except that now the contribution can be utilized. Those parents who have not used Nóri before will receive more information on registration and such from the sports clubs with whom they are in contact.
